We confirm availability and suggest the right package + number of bartenders.
Step 02
Menu & shopping list. Choose from our signature cocktail menus or
request a custom vibe. We send you a precise liquor shopping list.
Step 03
Setup & showtime. On event day we arrive early, build the bar,
prep garnishes and stock ice. The bar opens on time, with your music and energy.
Step 04
Last call & clean down. We handle last call, organize remaining liquor
for you, break down the bar and leave the space as we found it.

FAQ & Service area
Good to know before you book.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No — the host purchases and owns all liquor.
We’ll send you a full shopping list with exact brands and quantities.
Don’t want to shop?
We can buy and deliver everything for you for a $100 concierge fee (using your funds).
Alcohol always remains your property.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Miami and typically serve Miami Beach, South Beach, Brickell,
Edgewater, Wynwood, Design District, Coral Gables and surrounding areas. For
events in Fort Lauderdale, Boca, Palm Beach or the Keys, travel fees may apply.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends and popular dates can book weeks or months ahead. If you know your date,
send an inquiry as early as possible — especially for holidays and major events.
Is there a minimum service time?
Most events have a 3–4 hour service minimum, plus setup and breakdown time.
Shorter pre–game style events can be arranged depending on the date.
Can you do non–alcoholic bars?
Yes. We can create a full zero–proof bar menu with elevated mocktails for
corporate events, wellness experiences or teen celebrations.
Are you insured?
We can carry general and liquor liability insurance appropriate for mobile bar
service. If your building or venue requires specific coverage, mention it in
your inquiry so we can confirm details.
